What You'll Study in Our Computer Support for the Cloud Microcredential
Learn to navigate the Cloud through computer support and threat assessment skills. In this 12-credit microcredential, you'll get the skills to effectively provide computer support.
Successfully completing the Computer Support for the Cloud microcredential means you’ll be able to assist users with Microsoft Office and Windows operating system issues. You'll learn how to effectively navigate a cloud environment, define and differentiate OS components, automate processes and be able to identify and protect against security threats.
