The Mechatronics Lab

At the new mechatronics lab at the Center of Excellence for Industry & Innovation at Fishkill, you’ll have access to state-of-the-art equipment and the opportunity to explore cutting edge science from the moment you begin your degree. Practice automated assembly in our “smart factory.” Gain experience with programmable controls, sensors, robotics and manufacturing.

What You Study in Our Electrical Technology Program

You'll get a comprehensive overview of electrical technology, including how to:

  • install, repair and maintain systems
  • diagnose and troubleshoot them
  • research, analyze and interpret technical information
