Fitness Equipment & Assessments
Free and open to DCC students, faculty and staff with current college ID cards, the Phil Arnold Fitness Center and Weight Room offers strength-training and aerobic-exercise equipment. DCC fitness practicum students serve as center supervisors and trainers. They can show you how to use equipment and recommend a fitness routine to match your goals.
Are you a DCC alum? You’re welcome to keep working out after you graduate.
