Help Desk

The Help Desk is your single point of contact for campus technology support. Its web portal and hours of operation are on the Student tab of myDCC.

Tech Trouble? Get Help Here!

If you’re having trouble using any part of Blackboard (faculty or students), you may call the SUNY Online Helpdesk at 1-844-673-6786 or get self-service help.

Can’t get into your email? Can’t download your course assignments? Can’t get…anywhere? Our tech experts are a call or email away.

The Help Desk makes sure your problems are tracked until they’re solved. Contact us if you have tech issues, including PCs, laptops, printers, telephone problems and smart classroom glitches.

If you have a problem or a question, you may want to try our Help Desk wiki on myDCC first. You’ll find common solutions for using Banner, phones, smart classrooms or other DCC tech. If you can’t find what you need on our Wiki, enter a Help Desk ticket using the link on myDCC.

Can’t get into myDCC? Just visit the password reset page or call (845) 431-8005 (or 4357 if calling from campus phones).
