Dutchess Community College is a leader in luxury student housing. Our contemporary,
suite-style residence hall welcomes almost 500 students – both local and from other
counties, states and countries – every year since it opened in 2012. The hall provides
a fun, vibrant and enriching living and learning environment for full-time DCC students
interested in an on-campus residential experience.
Suites feature spacious bedrooms, kitchenettes (with microwave and sink), living rooms
and two bathrooms. Common areas, including a bright atrium, lounges, a fitness center
and study areas provide ample opportunity for academic, recreational and social programming
and casual conversation. Of course, safety is a top priority; the hall features state-of-the-art
security and fire systems.
You must apply for admission to the College before you apply for housing, as you will need portal login information
to access the online housing application. Be sure to keep your financial aid paperwork
on track and apply early for housing to avoid having to be wait-listed.
