Q: What do I do if I test positive for COVID-19? 

Please send an email to covidstatus@sunydutchess.edu as soon as possible. If you are able, please advise your faculty member regarding keeping up with coursework or assignments.

Q: What if I am being tested at an off-campus testing site? 

We highly encourage students to take advantage of our on-campus testing site. Check the testing schedule on the What Students Need to Know page or in myDCC. If that testing site advises that you have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact the Health Office at (845) 431-8075 or healthoffice@sunydutchess.edu as soon as possible. If you are able, please advise your faculty member regarding keeping up with coursework or assignments.

Q: I continue to have issues with the SUNY Verification system and not being able to register for validation. Who can help me?

Contact the Excelsior Pass Help Desk at (844) 699-7277 to verify that the information you are providing in the SUNY Vaccination Pass is the same information that you provided at the time of your vaccine and for general inquiries/support regarding data in the New York State Immunization Information Systems (NYSIIS) and the Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR).
