Topics include: law of agency, ownerships and interests, contracts, deeds, liens, taxes and assessments, transfer of title and closing, construction, finance, valuation, Human Rights & Fair Housing, and more. Note: In addition to passing the course final exam, passing a separate NYS exam is required for licensure. Class attendance of 90% is necessary to pass the course.
