If you’re looking for longer-term therapy, a specialist, or just prefer to be seen off-campus, visit our Resources page for guidance on how to find a therapist not affiliated with the College. If you’re in Dutchess County and need to speak with a licensed counselor immediately, please call the 24-hour Dutchess County Helpline at (845) 485-9700. If you’re outside of Dutchess County and are having a mental health emergency, call 988 to be connected to your local mental health crisis unit.

The Counseling Center is located in the Student Services Center, Room 303. Please note that our email is not monitored on weekends or after 5 on weekdays.
