Starting this 2024-25 school year, DCC’s Louis Greenspan Day Care Center will be a Poughkeepsie City School District UPK program site. To be eligible, children must reside within the school district and turn 4 on or before December 1, 2024. As required by New York State, a lottery is held for all UPK sites.

- Hours: 9 am – 3:30 p.m. M-F
