Once you sign up for your appointment...

Don’t forget to prepare by collecting the following to ensure that your appointment is a success:

  1. Get Your FSA ID at least 3 days prior to your appointment:
Ensure that every individual who will be contributing to your education has their own unique FSA ID. A contributor is defined as anyone who is required to provide information as part of a student's FAFSA submission, and may be a biological parent, step-parent, adoptive parent, or spouse of a student. The term contributor refers to an individual's contribution of information to the student's FAFSA, not an obligation to pay for the student's education.
  2. You must bring copies of the 2022 federal income tax return for the parents and the student (if filed) to assist in form completion. If you have W-2s for 2022 we recommend that you bring those also.
  3. Bring your social security number & date of birth information for yourself and your parent, if you don't know this information.
