Welcome to the Registrar’s Office!
Our mission is to facilitate the education process and provide support and services
to students, faculty, staff and the community. DCC is here to promote equity and fairness
by ensuring the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of student records. Our office
performs a variety of functions including, but not limited to, FERPA regulations,
student record maintenance, retention, transfer evaluations, Degree Works functionality,
graduation and end-of-term processing.
Due to recent events with COVID-19, the Registrar’s Office is working remotely and
we are not on campus to aid you in person. If you need support or assistance please
email registrar@sunydutchess.edu (from your myDCC email if you have one) and we will work with you. Our staff is available
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

If you need to update any of your information (Name, Social Security Number, Address
or Telephone Number), please complete the Change of Information form below and provide
it to our office with the proper documentation (if needed). Additional forms that
you may need can be found below.
