You can earn the Industry 4.0 Associate I - Basic Operations Silver or the Industry Associate I Basic Operations Gold SACA Certifications.
SACA's C-101 Certified Industry 4.0 Associate I – Basic Operations certification is an introductory credential that prepares you to succeed in modern production environments that use Industry 4.0 controls, automation and processes. This certification is appropriate if you want to work in an advanced manufacturing entry-level occupation.
Here's what you'll learn:
- Concepts and terminology of smart manufacturing
- Basic setup, adjustment and operation of automated machines
- Safety and hand tools
- Blueprint and schematic reading
- Precision measurement
- Basic electrical control, pneumatic and sensor systems operation
- Basic robot operation and terminology
- Production monitoring via HMI, internet, ethernet and smart phones

No experience necessary! SACA Industry 4.0 Associate I - Basic Operations certifications are for you if you want to learn Industry 4.0 factory floor automation equipment and processes.
Silver certification training is entirely online. Complete the program on your own schedule. You earn certification by passing a written exam.
Gold certifications require both online work and hands-on practice in the Mechatronics Lab in Fishkill. You earn certification by passing a written exam and a hands-on performance assessment.
The Silver certification training $100. The Gold certification training costs $175.
