Each semester we have several options available for group counseling or workshops. Group therapy provides a confidential and supportive environment that can be an ideal way to approach personal growth and change. It has the unique benefits of:

- Realizing that you are not alone in your struggles
- Hearing multiple perspectives and suggestions for dealing with situations
- Develop healthier interpersonal skills
