Payment in Full:
Payment is required on or before the first day of each semester. Accounts unpaid after the third week of classes will incur a $50 late payement fee. Accounts unpaid by mid-semester will be sent to a collection agency. Any fees charged to DCC by the agency as a result of collection activities will be charged to the student. These charges can be up to 30% of the balance due.

Refund Policy:
Refunds of tuition and refundable fees will be made according to the following schedule.

Withdrawal request submitted:

Prior to and on First day of Classes		100%
During First Week of Classes		75%
During Second Week of Classes		50%
During Third Week of Classes		25%
After Third Week of Classes		0%
