The DCC Library's "Ask a Librarian" service allows you
to have an online discussion with a member of the reference staff.
You must have AOL Instant Messenger on your computer and be a registered user to have an online discussion. If you don't have this program, click on the Download Instant Messenger link on the left and install the software. If your computer is already equipped with Instant Messenger and you are a registered user, click on the Send me an Instant Message link to contact the reference staff. The library's Buddyname is: dutchesslibrary This service is only available during the library's regular hours. To contact the reference staff when the library's closed, or if you do not want to use Instant Messenger, click on the Send me Email link to send a message to reference staff. |
