- One single bedroom (Reserved for Resident Assistants and returning hall students.)

* The DCC Association reserves the right to permanently or temporarily triple students in one of the double bedrooms in the Hudson suites. Students who are tripled will be charged the discounted rate of $2,950 per semester. The rate will be prorated and adjusted accordingly should tripling of that room no longer be necessary.
