Video Production

Professional video production requires wide ranging skills. Location filming, set design, script writing and acting together with "behind the camera" studio and editing work to create a polished production. Our video production courses provide hands-on experience in all aspects of this exciting field. 

CCL008 VIDEO PRODUCTION 1 GRADES 6-12

Students team up to produce their very own film using video and audio techniques to capture the story and scripts they created. All aspects of location filming, scriptwriting, storyboarding, set design and sound stage management are covered. Additionally, students learn the "mocap", (i.e. motion capture) techniques used for special effects in today's blockbuster movies. No class 7/3 and 7/4. (30 Hours)

CCL111 VIDEO POST PRODUCTION AND SPECIAL EFFECTS (NEW!) GRADES 6-12

Using footage created in the session 1 Video Production class, as well as cellphone video students bring or create, students work with professional editing equipment learning video and sound editing, visual e ects and graphics. No class 7/3 and 7/4. (30 Hours)
