Register now for the New York State Approved Salesperson’s 75-hour licensing course. Topics include: law of agency, ownerships and interests, contracts, deeds, liens, taxes and assessments, transfer of title and closing, construction, finance, valuation, Human Rights and Fair Housing and more. Passing a separate NYS exam also is required for licensure.
