Day at the Races


Come join us on Friday, August 7, 2015 for a fun-filled day of horse racing at the 350-acre beautiful historic Saratoga Race Track in Saratoga Springs, NY. 

New for this year will be a buffet dinner at Red's Restaurant following the races. Red’s is located in Coxsackie, NY, and we will arrive there by approximately 6:30 p.m. Below are the menu choices.

UPON ARRIVAL - The following hors d’oeuvres will be presented on a separate buffet table prior to dinner service:

Freshly Cut Crudités Platter

Horseradish Infused Sharp Cheddar Spread with Crackers

Swedish Meatballs

Deep Fried Button Mushrooms


New Potato Salad with dill mayonnaise

Tortellini Salad

Mixed Green Salad with fresh cut vegetables


Toasted Garlic Israeli Cousdous

Pan Fried Blackened Green Beans

Stuffed Tilapia Rollatini with roasted red pepper coulis

Pork Tenderloin Medallions with chimmichurri sauce 


Warm Brownie Sundae with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle


Hot coffee, decaf coffee and hot tea served with dinner and dessert.

Pitchers of water on each table.


Pitchers of soda (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi & Sierra Mist) presented on a hospitality table.


Bus transportation from DCC main campus is provided. Bus departs from Lot E at 10:00 a.m. and returns approximately at 10:00 p.m. Cost is $85 per person.

Proper attire required (no jeans, shorts or other abbreviated attire, collared shirts for gentlemen).
