The Phil Arnold Fitness Center and Weight Room is located in Falcon Hall. The Center is aesthetically pleasing and fulfills the fitness needs of the College environment. Use of the facility is free and open only to DCC students, faculty, and staff with a current College ID card. Alumni of the College can also use the Center. Fitness and wellness students act as supervisors and trainers to assist individuals with their exercise programs.
The Fitness Center has a full range of strength conditioning equipment in the circuit and free weight areas in addition to several pieces of aerobic exercise equipment.
